Is Life per Wrath spent affected by effects that reduce Wrath costs (like Laws of Valor with Unstoppable Force)? Because if it isn't reduced, 64380 is higher than 31262 which makes Life per Wrath spent the apparent better choice. I'm thinking either one of the healing effects could go, but I'm not sure which is stronger. I've kept it unenchanted while farming up the Roland's set, and now that I'm somewhat geared I'm looking to improve it. After hitting 70 and acquiring enough blood shards to gamble with, I got incredibly lucky on my first roll and got an Ancient Golden Flense. I'm new to the game, having started around the end of October, and I'm running a fairly cookie cutter Roland's Sweep build (non-seasonal).
